Application

Scope of application

The water-cooled electromagnetic slurry programmable automatic iron remover is suitable for roughing of metal ores and purification of non-metallic ores. It is used for the purification and impurity removal of non-metallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, and kaolin. In other industries, it is applied to wastewater treatment in steel plants and power plants.

Operating process

1. Connect the power supply device and open the slurry inlet valve and outlet valve.

2. Close the slurry return valve and the iron discharge valve, and open the magnetizing device.

3. After a few minutes (which can be set according to your needs), close the inlet and outlet valves, open the return valve, and discharge the remaining slurry in the iron remover through the return valve.

4. Cut off the magnetic field, and close the inlet valve, outlet valve, and return valve.

5. Open the iron discharge valve to discharge the iron-containing substances adsorbed in the magnetic medium.
