Principle of work
Ultrasonic vibration screening filter is a new product that combines ultrasonic generatorand vibrating sieve. The principle is: it converts regular power into 35KHZ high-frequencyelectrical energy (the highest in China is 25KHZ) Firstly; then the 35KHZ electrical energyconverts into mechanical energy with the use of supersonic oscillator, which is installed onscreen frame. It make the surface of the screen produce supersonic vibrations that are invisibleto the naked eye and keeps materials in a suspended state on the screen surface all along;thus it can achieve aims of screening effectively and cleaning screen, easy in screening super-tiny powder.
