CLASSIFICATION OF VACUUM CONVEYING MATERIALS

Vacuum Conveying system is a kind of Pneumatic conveying. It is another conveying type relativeto positive-pressure conveying, also named negative-pressure conveying. Material is transferred with theusage of the Vacuum principle that material flow from one side to another side in the inclosed system.

CONVEYINGPRINCIPLE OF VACUUM

Vacuum conveyor is the core part of Vacuum Conveying system, its performance directly determineefficiency of conveying system. Working principle of standard Vacuum conveyor as below:A Vacuum generator, B outlet valve, C container inlet, D conveying pipe, E Inlet station, F filterseparator, G back flushing equipment, H controlling system

WORKING PRINCIPLE

■ Jet Vacuum ejector A generates Vacuum by compressed air

■ Bottom valve B closed, Vacuum formed in container C and transportation pipeline D.

■ Raw material is adsorbed into transportation pipeline from inlet E, then enter container.

■ Fiter Fis used for gas-solid separation that preventing dust and fine particle from being adsorbed into Vacuum ejector and internal environment.

■ Vacuum ejector stops working when material is fuly loaded.And material is exhausted after bottom valve open.Meanwhile,Blowing Devicelaunched to clear filter.

■ System starts next working cycle when ejector restart. Time of absorbing and discharging material can be pneumatically or electrically controlled.

       Vacuum Conveying System is mainly used to delivery powder and particulate matter, like medical powder mixture, chemicalpowder, metal oxide powder, free-flowing dynamite, capsule, tablets, pill and so on. By now,more and more pharmaceutical industry.foods industry, chemical industry in the world adopts such delivery and burdening method for its convenience, safety,neatness andenergy-saving.
